BlackSea LOGI is a packaging studio based in the Constanța region of Romania. We coordinate creative direction, technical validation, sample and production through verified specialist partners. Communication is direct with the founder.

BlackSea LOGI exists exactly for that: a direct partner, with open discussion about feasibility and budget, who coordinates production through the specialist partners that fit the project.
DIRECTION, VALIDATION, SAMPLE, COORDINATED PRODUCTION.
We start with a free initial fit review. If the project is a fit, we propose a design & technical validation quoted separately, then the sample, then coordinating production through the specialist partner that fits. Production is coordinated through a verified network of specialist Romanian, European and international partners, selected per project according to structure, quality, quantity and budget. This flexibility is the advantage. Optional operations (kitting, order prep) only on request, quoted separately after we verify the requirements and capacity.

SCOPE AND QUOTE PER PHASE
Each phase is quoted individually, confirmed in writing and only started after approval. You can stop the project between any two phases.
SUPPLIER-NEUTRAL PRODUCTION
We pick the right manufacturer for the project, we don't push a single partner. RO, EU or international, based on structure and budget.
HONEST FEASIBILITY CONVERSATION
We tell you honestly when a request doesn't make sense at the proposed quantity or budget. No empty promises.
WHERE WE WORK
The base is in the Constanța region of Romania. Communication is over email, WhatsApp and call — directly with the founder.
Clients can be in Romania or across the European Union. Production is coordinated through verified specialist partners, chosen per project — from Romania, from other European countries or internationally.
Operations (kitting, order prep, logistics coordination) are available on request and quoted separately, after we verify the requirements and capacity.
