1. INITIAL REVIEW

You send us a photo of the product, the brand, the current packaging (if any), an approximate quantity and the goal. We assess whether we can work together and recommend the right paid scope. Free, no obligation.

2. DIRECTION & TECHNICAL VALIDATION

Quoted individually based on scope. We agree on the visual direction, structure, materials, finishes and check feasibility with the right specialist manufacturers — including cost and expected supplier MOQ logic.

3. SAMPLE / PROTOTYPE

Quoted individually based on structure, finishes and tooling. We produce the physical sample so you can approve materials, colours and experience before production.

4. COORDINATED PRODUCTION

Quoted individually. We select the verified specialist partner — Romanian, European or international — that fits the structure, quality, quantity and budget. We coordinate files, agreed QC scope and logistics.

INITIAL REVIEW

Every project starts with a direct conversation. You send us a photo, a few details about the brand, current packaging (if any), an approximate quantity and the goal. We reply honestly: we can build together or we can't. If the project is a fit, we recommend the right paid scope — design & technical validation, sample or production. For qualified projects we may prepare a preliminary visual direction.

DIRECTION & TECHNICAL VALIDATION

Phase quoted individually based on scope. We agree in writing what we deliver: the agreed visual direction, recommendations for structure / materials / finishes, feasibility check with the right specialist manufacturers, per-unit cost logic and expected supplier MOQ. The deliverables remain yours. You can continue with us in production or work with another partner.

SAMPLE / PROTOTYPE

Quoted individually based on structure, finishes and tooling. We produce the physical sample through the right specialist partner. You approve materials, colours and experience on the real object before full production. Technical adjustments happen here, not in production.

COORDINATED PRODUCTION

We select the verified specialist partner — Romanian, European or international — based on the structure, quality, quantity and budget of the project. We coordinate file prep for the manufacturer, agreed QC scope and logistics. Operations (kitting, order prep, logistics coordination) only on request, quoted separately after we verify the requirements and capacity.
